Q1. I cannot see the "Menu", or the button does not do anything when I click on it. What is the problem? Ans1. Make sure you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 or greater, and that Javascript is enabled. Q2. Some pages cannot be seen, and/or the layout of some pages is really off. What could be the problem? Ans2. Make sure you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 or greater. Layout may not be accurate within browsers such as Netscape, AOL, or Opera. Q3. What's my password? I forget it! Ans3. You will be given a password hint if you fail to enter the correct password. Otherwise, try adding a new account. Q4. Why do I keep having to login to the Web site? Ans4. Your session may time out due to inactivity. The session length set on the server is 2 hours. If you are inactive on the site longer than 2 hours, you will have to re-login. Q5. How do I check my scores? Ans5. You can review your test results by going to this hyperlink: http://www.folicacid.net/check.asp
