HELP! Having trouble with the Web site?

General Signup/Login Instructions:

If you have not signed up with Folicacid.Net, please hit the "Register" button and fill out the form.

If you have signed up with Folicacid.Net, enter your email address you used to sign up and password. If you forget your password, a hint will be given to you as long as you put in the correct email address.

Q1. I cannot see the "Menu", or the button does not do anything when I click on it. What is the problem?

Ans1. Make sure you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 or greater, and that Javascript is enabled.

Q2. Some pages cannot be seen, and/or the layout of some pages is really off. What could be the problem?

Ans2. Make sure you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 or greater. Layout may not be accurate within browsers such as Netscape, AOL, or Opera.

Q3. What's my password? I forget it!

Ans3. You will be given a password hint if you fail to enter the correct password. Otherwise, try adding a new account.

Q4. Why do I keep having to login to the Web site?

Ans4. Your session may time out due to inactivity. The session length set on the server is 2 hours. If you are inactive on the site longer than 2 hours, you will have to re-login.
